How can I order an item?
Once you have selected an item, choose the desired size, color, and quantity. Then, with a click of the mouse, add the item to your shopping cart.
When you have finished shopping, click on "my shopping cart" in the top right corner of the screen.
You will see an overview of your items, which you can still modify if desired.
Do I reserve an item once it is in my shopping cart?
Adding items to your shopping cart does not reserve them.
Once payment is completed, the items are secured.
How do I know if my order was successful and when can I expect it?
Your order will be confirmed by us via email.
You will also receive an email once your order has been dispatched, which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the shipping status.
