How long do I have to return an online order?

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. The shipping date is stated on the invoice.

How do I return an order?

We've made returns as easy as possible and the reason for the return is not important.

You will find a return label with your order. Stick this on the box and drop off the package at a Postnl service point. We can't make it any easier. Click HERE for a Postnl service point near you.

What are the rules for returning different items?

Returned items will only be accepted if they are unused and, as far as possible, packaged in their original packaging with the price tag or sticker attached.

- Trying on clothes once is not considered use.

- Books, CDs, DVDs, games, and cosmetics can only be returned in unopened packaging.

- Some items cannot be returned. These include:

- Gift cards

- Products that have been customized to your specifications

- Items that are clearly personal in nature or cannot be returned due to their nature.

- Audio and video recordings and computer software whose seal has been broken.

- Size/color exchange!

Do you want to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color? You can return your order within the cooling-off period. And you simply place your new order as you normally would. An order for the same item in a different size or color counts as a new order.

Are there any costs associated with returning an item?

Yes, return shipments are at your own expense.
